Foundation Mission To sustain and advance quality health care services in Logan County through education, outreach and technological advances. Logan Medical Center Foundation was created by community-minded volunteers and hospital administration in order to plan for the long-term health of our citizens. The not-for-profit corporation was chartered in 1998 as a tax-exempt entity under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code for the purpose of accepting, collecting and soliciting pledges, grants, donations, contributions and gifts in cash or in property exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes. Donations to the Foundation will be used to fund scholarships programs, outreach programs for our citizens or improvements to the hospital facility and equipment. The Foundation’s Board of Directors is composed of community volunteers and members of the Board of Trustees for Logan Medical Center.
