Rehabilitation Excellence in a Convenient and Comfortable Environment

Logan County community members no longer need to leave their community to find the best rehab service. We invite our community to visit our rehabilitation clinic and meet our skilled team. Our 3600 square foot clinic offers expert therapists, 4 private treatment rooms, and new state of the art equipment to better meet the needs of our community close to home. Rehab at LMC offers service to outpatients, hospital inpatients, and in home health. Physical therapists, Occupational therapists, Speech therapists and Athletic trainers offer rehabilitative services as part of an interdisciplinary team. Our therapist’s design a personalized rehabilitation program to meet the patients needs and assist them in accomplishing their goals.
Rehab at LMC offers a wide variety of service areas including orthopedics/sports medicine therapy, therapy for the upper extremity and lower extremity, back pain, wound care, neuro-rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary training, work related injury, cognitive retraining, speech vocalization/verbalization, and swallowing re-education just to name a few.

LMC therapy staff is dedicated to returning patients of all ages to their greatest potential level of activity. Using a variety of interventions including a thorough evaluation, patient education, gait/balance training, wound care, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, prosthetic training and a variety of modalities.
