Watch for Patient Satisfaction Surveys in the Mail (Guthrie, OK) If you’ve been a patient at Logan Medical Center or one of its physician clinics, beginning May 1 you may receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail. “LMC has partnered with Press-Ganey to conduct the surveys for us and we ask you, our patients, to complete them in order to help us improve,” said Steve Rowley, CEO at LMC.
