Position Description:
Logan Medical Center is accepting applications for a full time Clinical Documentation Specialist. Responsibilities include improving the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation. Must be able to facilitate modifications to clinical documentation through query and extensive concurrent interaction with physicians, nursing staff, and HIM Director to support appropriate reimbursement and ensure that clinical severity is documented for the level of service rendered.
