    Qualifications:
    Education:BS Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
    Experience:Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist and one (1) year of administrative/supervisory experience.
    License Required:Current license in the State of Oklahoma
