Position Title:
Lab Asst./ Phlebotomist
Department:
Laboratory
Position Description:
Primarily responsible for phlebotomy procedures such as blood cultures, and collecting blood samples, and performs daily procedures for QC and cleaning. Performs low complexity procedures as required. Supports hospital in meeting JCAHO and CLIA Accreditation Standards. Actively participates in Laboratory and Hospital QA.
