Position Title: Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Position Description: Is seeking a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with geriatric patients in a skilled care environment and be able to flex to acute care as necessary. Our team of Home Health professionals works closely with the patient's physician and family to develop a plan of treatment, tailored to meet the patient's individual healthcare needs. This team approach ensures consistent, coordinated care from professionals who understand the unique needs of homebound patients.
