| Position Description: | Responsible for the provision of nursing care provided to patients, the prescribing of nursing intervention, the coordination of patient activities, and the delegation of these aspects of care, which may be provided by others. Continually assesses patients to ensure quality care and to ascertain need for additional or modified services. Works closely with other personnel to enhance team effort and promote quality care. |
