Chandra obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2007 and a Master of Science in Human Resources in 2009 from East Central University in Ada. She has been a licensed Oklahoma Athletic Trainer since 2008.

Chandra is a member of the Oklahoma Athletic Trainers Association (OATA), the Mid-American Athletic Trainers Association (MAATA), and the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).

While at East Central University she was a representative of the OATA Student Leadership Counsel and a member of the Society of Leadership and Success. Chandra is also a certified Lifeguard. She graudated from Wetumka High School in 2000.
