| Logan Medical Center's Swing Bed Program is desisgned to provide skilled nursing and therapy care to those who are trying to transtion from a hospital setting back to their homes but need a little more time and medical assistance to get there.
In many instances, patients are discharged from a traditional hospital setting even though they may still need rehabilitative care or continued treatment.
